Refund policy

Online purchasing is not available yet. The terms below describe returns for future eligible purchases. Contact us with questions about returns or replacements.

Request a return within 30 days

Contact seravnicustomerservice@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request return authorization. For a change-of-mind return, machines must be unused, unopened, undamaged and complete in their original packaging. Opened or used machines, accessories and disposable items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit rights you may have for defective goods.

Return costs and refunds

An eligible non-defective, unopened return has one total 10% deduction from the amount paid for the returned order before tax, including any separately charged outbound shipping. Outbound shipping is not deducted again, and no additional fixed service or restocking fee is added. You pay the actual cost of authorized return shipping separately. Taxes are handled as applicable to the refund and governing requirements.

Damaged or defective products

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or video that help show the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when approved or required. The ordinary change-of-mind fee is not a blanket restriction on remedies for defective goods.

Before sending a parcel

Wait for return authorization and the correct return address. Do not use return-to-sender or cash-on-delivery service. Keep tracking and proof of delivery. Missing items, customer-caused damage or an incorrect return method or address may delay or prevent processing until the issue is resolved.

Cancellations and processing

To request cancellation before dispatch, email us promptly with the subject Cancel Order and your order number. After dispatch, request return instructions instead. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; arrival time depends on the provider and bank. Replacement requests should be made within the same 30-day request period, and authorized returned units are inspected before a replacement is arranged.
